Feast Auto Group offers custom vehicle sourcing solutions for all customers abroad. We deal with auto makers such as Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, Mazda, Honda, Mitsubishi, Daihatsu, Suzuki, Ford, Ford EU, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, Maserati and many more manufacturers.

Below are the steps involved from beginning to end. To simplify the steps, we have labeled the major’s in 4 STEPS, with small important details stated through out. We encourage all customers to read over the steps involved. Then once ready, fill out the contact form in good detail、then submit.

Step 1

Starting with your inquiry, we will immediately reply with any last minute question towards your inquiry. Once all Q&A are settled we will proceed to quote on the vehicle(s) you are after in FOB terms.

FOB terms in plain English represents “Free On Board”. Or in other words, the total cost including the cost of a vehicle, associated inland freight costs *Japan*, export agent fee’s and finally Feast Auto Group’s Sourcing Fee.

Along side the FOB quotes, we will also quote on shipping costs to the final destination as well estimates on import & brokerage cost to in the customers nation.

To date we deal with RORO shipping service and also container service. Shipping options labeled below.

Shipping Options In Detail:
RORO shipping service represents affordable shipping. Available to most nations abroad. A vehicle is basically driven onto a boat and once at the final destination, driven off of the boat. Base time line on this form of shipping is roughly 2.5-3.0 weeks from port to port.

Container shipping represents a higher cost. Available to most nations abroad. A vehicle is basically carefully loaded into a container and strapped down. Once at the final destination, unloading specialists are permitted to unload each container. Base time line on this form of shipping is roughly 1.0-1.5 week from port to port.

Step 2

If a customer agrees to our projected vehicle FOB quotes, we will proceed to send a formal invoice and collect a small deposit. Deposits are based in conjunction with FOB quoted values.

-Vehicles with FOB values below 500,000 JPY. Deposit value will be for 50,000 JPY.
-Vehicles with FOB values over 501,000 JPY. Deposit value will be for 100,000 JPY.
-Vehicles with FOB values over a certain JPY value will have special deposit options.

Deposit collection options are retrievable by email correspondence only. We do not share business banking details online.

Step 3

Starting with our physical custom vehicle search, we will show customers up coming vehicle examples which are available through private and dealer networks, and also through auction networks in Japan.

For auction cars in specific, these vehicles are inspected and full details including entry photos are relayed to the customer by email or telephone. We work as advisers at this stage sharing both positive and negative aspects of the vehicle(s) being inspected.

If customers choose the vehicle(s) in question, we will proceed to purchase as needed.

For purchased vehicle(s), these are taken to either our company parking yard or direct to a private parking yard near the port authority area. From here vehicle(s) are detailed, photo and video taped to effectively ensure quality control.

With this large documentation, it is shared with the custom order customer. Following this, the customer is invoiced for the balance FOB total (minus deposit)

Step 4

Once invoiced FOB balance is paid off, we immediately proceed to making shipment booking of vehicle(s). Shipments depart several times a month depending on the nation in question. Further shipping details would be discussed by email correspondence.
