Shipping Policy

A physical shipping address is needed. We do not ship to post office box addresses or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.

Most orders are shipped 2-3 days after purchase, but it some cases it may take longer. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by carriers, holidays, or acts of God.

In some cases, the freight carrier may extend delivery time to certain residential areas. (Freight carriers do not include weekends in estimated delivery time.)

On-schedule delivery of Japan Post, EMS, Bax Global packages are guaranteed pursuant to their Terms and Conditions, barring circumstances out of their control, including, but not limited to, the following: airline delays; failure, unavailability or refusal of a person accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; the application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes, lockouts, work stoppages or other labor disputes; war, military actions or police actions; acts of terrorism; civil commotions; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena; and natural disasters.

For security and logistical reasons, packages cannot be rerouted once shipped. Feast Auto Export  will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. Due to special package requirements, we may not be able to ship products to certain areas.
